A1. After you have selected your desired item/items, go the cart and click CHECK OUT. Fill out your Billing and Shipping form, read the additional information and just click PLACE ORDER. You are done. For outside Dhaka please pay 100% payment in our Bkahs account No. and send a SMS to 01731801551 or 01714301810.
A2. If the product is ready then it will be delivered between 2 to 4 days. If not then we request for 5 to 10 days of time. We usually take 5-7 days.
A3. Delivery charge inside Dhaka is 60Tk and for outside Dhaka is 110Tk.
A4. Payment for inside Dhaka is cash on delivery.
A5. We take FULL advance payment for outside Dhaka city, you will send the products price + 110/- Taka delivery charge through our Bikash account No. Once you send the payment please confirm by SMS to 01731801551 or 01714301810.
A6. All our products are exactly as the images we show. We don’t have any return policy. If there is any manufacturing fault only then it is applicable

A8. Do not use washing machine. Place the Mat/Runner under running tap water, put some powder or liquid detergent, rub with nylon brush, apply tap water again & again, after completing, don’t wring the Mat/ Runner, just put it somewhere & wait to dry.
