Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver the products purchased from wishprintex in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Before starting our delivery process we would confirm your order and payment details over phone. We deliver to your doorstep all around Bangladesh.

Delivery Charge – BDT 70 Taka is applicable as a delivery charge in any order placed through this website and this charge is applicable for all over Bangladesh.

Our delivery time starts right after we have confirmed your order,

Inside Dhaka – Delivery in Dhaka will be completed in 2-4 days after the confirmation.

Outside Dhaka –Products will be dispatched from our warehouse promptly after the confirmation. 5-7 days’ time is required for delivery outside Dhaka depending upon the distance and our affiliated courier service. Cash on Delivery is available outside Dhaka too.

If we face any obstacle and not able to deliver the product in the give time, we will notify the customer via phone or mail, or SMS

wishprintex থেকে কেনা পণ্য গুলি আমরা দুর্দান্ত অবস্থায় এবং ও দ্রুততম সময়ের মধ্যে সরবরাহ করার চেষ্টা করে0 থাকি। আমাদের ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করার আগে আপনার অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট এর বিবরণ আমরা নিশ্চিত করব। আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে আপনার দারপ্রান্তে পণ্য পৌঁছে দিচ্ছি।

বিঃদ্রঃ আমাদের পণ্য সকল ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি প্রযোজ্য হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ এই ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে যেকোনো অর্ডারে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৭০টাকা প্রযোজ্য এবং এই চার্জ সারা বাংলাদেশের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

ঢাকার ভিতরেঃ ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করার পরে ২–৪ দিনের মধ্যে আপনার অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা হবে।

ঢাকার বাহিরেঃ আমাদের গুদাম থেকে পন্যগুলোর অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর অবিলম্বে আমরা আমাদের অনুমোদিত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস মাধ্যমে পণ্য প্রেরণ করা হয়।

ডেলিভারি করার ক্ষেত্রে যদি কোনো ধরনের বাধা বিপত্তির ক্ষেত্রে এবং সঠিক সময়ে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া সম্ভব না হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে আমরা ক্রেতাকে ফোন অথবা মেইল অথবা এস এম এস মাধ্যমে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।

ট্র্যাকিং নাম্বারঃ অর্ডার প্রদানের পর আমরা প্রতিটি ক্রেতাকে একটি ইউনিক অর্ডার নাম্বার প্ৰদান করে থাকি। যেকোনো ধরনের তথ্য জানার জন্য ওই অর্ডার নম্বর জানিয়ে আমাদের কাস্টমার কেয়ার নাম্বারে কল করলে তথ্য জানতে পারবেন।
